Our return policy allows you 14 days from the date of receipt of an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order confirmation email or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
